What a lier! The Truth is: He is a loser. I’ve been receiving emails from him trying to sell make-cash-quick schemes. I know he’s struggling to survive. But I didn’t trust him, and I’m sure other former RIOY members didn’t, either. Guess what? He is going to file bankruptcy because he’s determined to get away with it after he cheated on us all. Below is his message. I’m not lying to you. Joining RIOY is definitely one of the most stupid mistakes I’ve ever made in my life. Shame on you, Karl Green!

The money we had on deposit for RIOY was paid out as interest only. Rather than getting the principal back we were to get 30% per month for twelve months. About a year ago they changed that to 20% for 60 months. Last night they said that they still do not know when they will start paying but when they do they will be paying less than 10% per month to stay in business. What’s more they will only let us have our money quarterly and we will have to open an account in their overseas bank for them to put it in.
I don’t know how I will be able to pay you back if I even will but it’s a cinch that what I had planned will not work since I will be getting less than half of what I was counting on to pay you back the way I had it set up.
It will do no good to call or email me because I am broke. I only have a few hundred dollars in the bank and my income does not cover my monthly liabilities. As you well know seldom does anyone get even one penny back when a company goes out of business but I am going to do what I can when I can unless I am harassed. In that case I will file personal bankruptcy and you will get a notice from the government that I owe you nothing.
